Emily Grimshaw’s practice embraces all types of labour and employment law matters as a counselor and a litigator, for a broad spectrum of French and international clients composed of organizations of all sizes and executive-level employees. She serves her clients with respect to individual and collective issues, and represents them before French courts.
Emily notably intervenes in the context of business reorganisations, transfers of employees, as well as all employment-related issues of M&A and private equity transactions.
She has also developped a strong expertise in setting up delegations of liability.
Emily started her career at Gide Loyrette Nouel, then at Latham & Watkins as counsel. She joined Ngo Jung & Partners in 2019 as partner.
