TRAINEE – Business litigation – 6 months
The Business Litigation team of our firm is looking for a trainee for a period of 6 months from July 2024.
Profile required:
- Student lawyer and/or holder (or in the process of obtaining) of a Master II (business law, international law)
- Curious, dynamic and rigorous with very good writing skills
- Strong knowledge of commercial law and the law of contracts and obligations (knowledge of employment law would also be appreciated)
- Previous experience in a law firm is desirable
- Very good level of English
The trainee will be required to conduct legal research in various areas of law including contract law, banking law, international law, civil and criminal procedure, drafting notes and memos for team members and clients, preparing pleadings and pleadings files, drafting submissions and accompanying lawyers to hearings and any client meetings.

ApplyTRAINEE – Corporate/M&A – 6 months
The Corporate/M&A team of our firm is looking for a trainee for a period of 6 months starting in January 2025.
Required profile:
- Student lawyer and/or holder (or in the process of obtaining) of a Master II in corporate law or business law
- Strong knowledge of corporate and contract law (knowledge of employment law appreciated)
- One or more previous experiences in Corporate/M&A in law firms or legal departments
- Rigour, reactivity, involvement and organisation in the work
- Excellent writing skills and very good command of IT tools (Pack Office)
- Very good level of English
Missions :
The trainee will be required to assist the team members (partners and associates) in their advisory activities and, in particular, to carry out legal research and monitoring, draft summary notes and carry out translations into French or English, take part in legal audits, participate in the drafting of documents in the context of the legal monitoring of companies (approval of accounts, amendments to articles of association, etc.) and organise the follow-up of formalities.
You will also be responsible for drafting legal documentation for major transactions (acquisitions, sales of shares, sales of assets, fund raising, partial contributions of assets, etc.), participating in contractual negotiations and participating in the organisation of signing and/or closing meetings.
