Aurélie Boulbin assists her clients in all disputes resulting from their activities or their M&A transactions. She gives priority to reaching, where possible, amicable solutions and she accompanies her clients in every step of their legal actions before civil and commercial courts. She also intervenes in enforcement proceedings of judgments rendered in favour of her clients to ensure their effectiveness.
In addition, Aurélie has developed an important practice in restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings. In this respect, she advises and represents debtors, creditors and potential purchasers of distressed assets in amicable and judicial proceedings applicable to companies in difficulty.
Finally, she has acquired a strong expertise on matters relating to commercial leases. She assists her clients in drafting commercial lease agreements or in related litigations.
Her French and foreign clients are mainly banks, industrial companies of different sizes, family property companies and directors.
Aurélie works in French and in English. Before joining Ngo, Jung & Partners, she practised for 13 years in the litigation team of Baker & McKenzie in Paris.
