Magda Badir specialises on liability issues before the civil and criminal courts, and on personal injury law. She also deals with issues relating to employers’ inexcusable fault.
With experience as a child protection lawyer with the Département des Yvelines, she continues her commitment to children’s rights by representing them before the relevant courts.
Magda is also a lecturer at the Institut Catholique de Paris and a part-time lecturer at the IEJ (Preparatory school for competitive examinations for magistrates and lawyers) of the Université Panthéon-Assas.
