Lecturer at Essec Business SchoolAménis Bererhi assits clients in both external growth and internal reorganization projects. She advises companies in a broad sector focus in domestic and cross border transactions and provide all of the corportate governance and company assistance needed when changes in their corporate, mangement and capital structurings are contemplated.
Aménis also advises clients, whether investors or start-ups operating mainly within digital, tech and life science, renewable energies and mobility on private quity and fund raising transactions.
She has also developped a strong expertise in a large range of contract matters (supply, distribution, as well as IT agreements, T&C’s, pricacy policy) and advises on the setting up, follow-up, amendment and termination of domestic or international commercial agreements as well as related pre-litigation and litigations (before national or arbitration courts).
Aménis joined the firm in 2016 as partner in charge of the Corporate/Contracts practice. She worked previously at Morgan Lewis and Gide Loyrette & Nouel.
Aménis is fluent in French, English and Arabic. She also speaks Spanish and German.
