Ngo Jung & Partners advised Franck Bedoucha, founder of Asenium, a company specializing in assisting major national and international accounts with their digital transformation by providing them with freelance experts in functional and technical fields, on its sale to the Freeland group.

The Ngo Jung & Partners team was led by Aménis Bererhi, with the assistance of Grégory Levy and Emily Grimshaw.
