Lecturer at Panthéon-Sorbonne UniversityThomas Carnohan is an associate in the Corporate department of our law firm.
He advises clients in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and the setting up of joint-ventures and strategic alliances. His practice also focuses on the negotiation and drafting of commercial and industrial agreements.
Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Thomas trained at McDermott Will & Emery and Herbert Smith Freehills before practicing in the Corporate – M&A department of Paulhan et Associés.
Thomas is also a lecturer in corporate law at Panthéon-Sorbonne University.
Thomas works in French and English.
