Anne Le Fur, senior associate, has developed a large expertise in business litigations (commercial, employment and baking disputes mainly) favorizing a transversal and global approach to the legal issues of the disputes she is in charge of.
Anne also intervenes in corporate issues. She advices and assists the clients of the firm in the negotiation and drafting of all types of transactions relating to mergers and acquisitions (acquisition of companies or assets, merger, spin-off), to investment (capital increase, contribution in kind) and to companies’ day-to-day operations (registration, change of legal form or change in ownership, governance, approval of annual accounts).
Before joining Ngo Jung & Partners, Anne worked at Baker & McKenzie and Jeantet Associés. She also worked in the M&A department of Groupe Canal+.
