Alice Allard is counsel in the litigation and international arbitration department of our law firm, which she joined in 2018.
She represents foreign and French clients in complex commercial disputes involving contract law, civil liability, banking law, international law and human rights.
She also intervenes in international commercial and investment arbitrations, for instance in the energy sector. She developed a particular expertise in arbitration related litigations before the French courts.
Finally, Alice Allard also advises clients on international commercial agreements and acts as a consultant for international organizations.
Before joining Ngo Jung & Partners, Alice Allard worked for several years as an associate in the international arbitration and public international law department of Eversheds Sutherland, and in the international arbitration and litigation department of Baker & McKenzie, in Paris. Previously, she also worked for several international and non-governmental organizations in Africa.
